THE SOUTH PACIFIC – SAMOA & NEW ZEALAND
From the coral reefs and lava fields of Samoa to the forests and peaks of New Zealand, students spend the semester exploring the South Pacific’s wide range of ecosystems, learning about sustainable development and Christian creation care.
Community living enriches the learning experience all along the way. Village homestays are a highlight of the three week Samoa segment, and upon arrival in New Zealand students begin their rich community experience from the first day they move into CCSP's campus. While on the New Zealand mainland students explore other regions of the country as part of the semester's coursework.
The schedule also allows for independent travel during a week long mid-semester break and during free weekends.

BELIZE – CENTRAL AMERICA
In this pocket of Central America, toucans, howler monkeys, jaguars, and tapirs populate the rainforest neighborhood – as well as adventuresome undergraduate students studying Christian creation care.
Students study for four months in a learning-living community at Nabitunich – a collection of cottages in a garden setting on a large farm near the Mayan ruin of Xunantunich. Students enjoy birdwatching and horseback riding along the nearby Mopan River which flows through CCSP’s tropical “campus". Besides extensive visits to the coral reefs and ruins of Belize, students will travel to places of interest in nearby Guatemala as part of the program.
The schedule also allows for independent exploration of Belize (and neighboring countries) during breaks and free weekends.
