Never Be Moved (Psalm 15)

ALL: HOW CAN WE WORSHIP GOD?
SG: “Speak the truth in your heart.”
Iris: Peel away your masks of pretension
Be honest with yourself, with others and with your God
Be authentic
Be vulnerable
Let the Spirit permeate your whole life
ALL: HOW CAN WE LIVE IN SHALOM IN GOD'S EARTH?
SG: “Discern between what is good and what is evil.”
Philip: Strive for all that is pure, beautiful, faithful;
In both familiar and unexpected places.
Celebrate it. Enjoy it. Revel in it.
Rout out all that is cruel, oppressive, selfish;
In both familiar and unexpected places.
Mourn it. Face up to it. Get angry with it.
Know that the Lord of Life desires life in its fullest.
ALL: WHAT PLEASES GOD?
SG: “Do works of righteousness. Do not charge interest on loans. Do not take bribes.”
Pete: Energizing what is in keeping with Christ’s vision of fairness and justice.
Firmly opposing the structures that take advantage of the least of these:
The EPZ at Fruta Bomba;
The IMF;
The World Bank;
And other structures that oppress.
When faced with locally grown goods and imported goods, do not be bribed
By the lower prices multinationals offer, but support what is right and pure.
ALL: WHAT DOES THE LORD REQUIRE OF HIS PEOPLE?
SG: “Do not do evil to a friend. Do not take up reproach with a neighbor. Do not slander.”
Hans: Be intentional in community with Christ,
fellow human beings and the whole of creation.
Fight for justice and peace
Delight in living in right relationships.
ALL: HOW CAN WE DWELL RIGHTLY ON GOD'S GOOD EARTH?
SG: “Walk blamelessly.”
Laura: Love
Love passionately
Love exuberantly
Love unconditionally
Love irrationally
Love achingly
See God's love in every living thing
Love the way God loves
Be drunk in love.
