Cookies!!!
We also got to learn how to bake this week too with Sue. She usually cooks our meals but this time she gave us the chance to learn from her expertise. We made anzac cookies, afghan cookies, oatmeal cookies and more. It was a nice study break from all the research and writing we've been doing for our ISP.

You guys need some comments, so here's one. Yay for making cookies in a foreign country! That is one of my favorite memories from last semester in Honduras, except I made the mistake of saying, "Chocolate chip cookies, oh sure, I know how to make those." Well, it turns out I had never baked anything beyond grilled cheese by myself, not to mention the unavoidable lack of recipe. Quite the learning experience.
Hope your remaining time is marvelous--it sounds like you're all having a blast.
